Cut off date for placed orders on Saturday midnight, you can be assured that you will receive you freshly cooked meals the following week. Deliveries are usually on Thursday, we prepare, cook and pack our meals over Monday - Wednesday.
All our meals are hand-made with love in our kitchen in Singapore. Our healthy meals are cooked gently at specific temperatures to lock in nutrients in our food, fresh each week from scratch. That means no stored food frozen weeks in advance. Once meals are prepared and cooked, with absolutely zero additives or preservatives, all natural, all the time! They are then immediately cooled and vacuum packed into pouches. We’re so confident in our processes that we taste the dishes ourselves!

We start by finding out a bit more about your dog (including age, weight, breed, activity level, body type and more) to determine exactly what they need nutritionally. We then customise and recommend the perfect meal plan and portion sizing for your dog’s optimum health. When you start your monthly subscription, we will work with you to monitor your dog’s progress and we adjust our meal plans and serving portions as required to ensure your dog is always the healthiest and happiest they can be.
All kibble goes through a process of extrusion where your dog’s food is heated under high pressure at extreme temperatures to make it shelf stable. This process destroys the natural nutrient content of the food forcing manufacturers to add back artificial ingredients for flavour and to meet minimum nutritional requirements. Many commercial dry foods use lower quality ingredients and cheap fillers. Similar to kibble, wet dog food is extruded where the food is heated under high pressure at extreme temperatures to make it shelf stable. This destroys the nutrient content of the food and requires artificial additives to provide flavor and nutrition. Because of the extreme processing involved, manufacturers often care only about the cost not the quality of the inputs, using cheap fillers and it's not uncommon to find ‘meat’ and other vague terms on the ingredients list which is usually a mixture of off-cuts from various animals deemed unsuitable for human consumption (for example bones, feet, beaks etc).
We cook our food lightly without processing or preservatives to craft out the perfect balance between retaining essential natural nutrients, maximizing digestibility and palatability and eliminating risk of bacterial contamination and pathogens. Dealing with raw food is difficult and risky, especially with young children in the house.
